Vic: Police hold grave concerns for missing man

Police hold grave concerns for a 42-year-old Melbourne man missing for more than three weeks.

Police say BARRY LEIGH WATERS, from Oakleigh South in Melbourne's south-east, was last
heard from while travelling on a city-bound train from Oakleigh on the evening of Friday,
April 7.

Police say the father-of-two's car, a blue 1972 Holden station wagon, registered LJM-212,
also disappeared from his home that night.

Mr WATERS is described as being caucasian, 188 centimetres tall, of a solid build with
a ruddy complexion, and brown, straight collar-length hair and a beard.
