Vic: Sleeping toddler eludes police
MELBOURNE, Jan 21 AAP - Police, family and friends frantically searched Melbourne streetsfor a missing two-year-old boy today, only to find him fast asleep in his parents' bedroomnearly three hours later.
The toddler was thought to have wandered from his Frankston South home and his motherreported him missing to police at 11am (AEDT).
A search of the house failed to find him so police, family and friends took to thestreets and doorknocked around his Bangalay Avenue home.
His parents were "very happy" and relieved when he was finally found fast asleep inthe house at 1.40pm.
